Terms & Conditions

These “Terms & Conditions” (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Mobile App Bnao and you (“Client” or “User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or engaging in any way with our IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions or policies referenced herein.

2. Services

The Company agrees to provide IT services as specified in the service agreement or project proposal. The Client agrees to cooperate and provide necessary information and access to facilitate the provision of services.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees for IT services shall be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal. Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the provision of services, including but not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, and customer data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to software, code, designs, or any other deliverables created during the provision of services. The Client may use these deliverables for their intended purpose but shall not sell, sublicense, or distribute them without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Warranties

The Company warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, but does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Client is responsible for regularly backing up data and ensuring the security of their systems.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with written notice. The Client remains responsible for any outstanding fees and obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client’s use of the services.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Haryana Jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana Jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to the Client. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
